Tell me what's going on.
There's no right or wrong way to explain your situation. You don't have to organize your thoughts or "say it the right way." Just tell me what's happening in your own words.
To make it easier, you can answer these five questions:
What is the situation you're dealing with?
(A relationship, a decision, anxiety, family conflict, stress, loss, feeling stuck, etc.)
How is it affecting you?
Are you overwhelmed? Confused? Afraid of making the wrong choice? Not sleeping? Pulling away?
What have you already tried?
This helps me understand your effort, resources, and what hasn't worked yet.
What part of this is the most painful or stressful for you?
What's the piece you can't stop thinking about?
If things suddenly got better, what would that look like for you?
Describe the outcome you want-even if you're not sure how to get there.
You don't need to write anything long. Even a few sentences are enough.
My role is to take your situation, understand it clearly, and help you find the next step.
Ready when you are. You can start by answering the questions above. You don't have to explain it perfectly-just begin.
